Can I order FuzzYard gear from you directly?
Nope! But we do have plenty of online retailers around the globe who stock our entire range. Find your local stockists here.

How does my pet become a FuzzYard model?
Easy. If you live near our Melbourne or L.A. offices shoot an email to us with a photo or two of your dog or cat to model@fuzzyard.com. From time to time we need new models and if your pet makes the cut we’ll give you a call.

How do I wash my pet bed?
In most cases you can put the entire bed into a washing machine. Beds with removable covers should have the filling removed before washing. We recommend a gentle cycle, max 30ºC in a large front loading washing machine. Avoid using machines with agitators. Dry your bed flat so that the filling doesn’t drop to one side of the bed. If it does, give it a shake once dry to move the filing back into place. Don’t tumble dry!

Can I use FuzzYard shampoo and conditioner on pets other than dogs?
FuzzYard Spa & Grooming products are made specifically for dogs. In fact, every product is pH balanced for dogs. Therefore we recommend you use these products on dogs only.

How do I get a job at FuzzYard?
We usually advertise available positions, so keep an eye out via the usual jobseeker websites. However, feel free to email your resumé to recruit@fuzzyard.com and we’ll keep it on file for possible future positions.

How can my store become a FuzzYard stockist?
Easy. Simply shoot an email to info@fuzzyard.com with some info about your business and a member of our sales team will be in touch.

I can’t find FuzzYard in my country, help?!
FuzzYard is quickly expanding into countries around the world. However, there are still a few countries that don’t have a local FuzzYard distributor…  …yet!. Email info@fuzzyard.com and we will get back to you with further information for your country/region.

How do I know if my pet has won Pet of the Month?
We get heaps of entries every month so we will only contact the winning entry. Winners are posted on www.fuzzyard.com and our Facebook page.

How many times can I enter Pet of the Month?
As many as you want! Just make sure you stay on theme to increase your pet’s chance of being selected.
